If you are also feeling troubled by this issue, then just follow the following steps-
- Have a look over your wallet, and after this, click on the ok option.
- Then, you can see the live chat window appearing on your desktop
- Now, you can see the number of options displayed on your screen. To access them, you must click on the first icon, which is as per your need: "self-service recharge and withdrawal problems.”
- After clicking this icon, you can see the box asking you to submit your issue. From the option, you have to click on the option deposit not received.
- After clicking on this, they will ask you to submit other credentials, such as your Daman game ID, the amount deposited, your UTR number, and any proof of receipt.
- After submitting all these details, you need to submit this issue,
- Later on, if you want to know the status of your query, then click on submit the issue option below. After this, you must hit the verify issue progress option, to which you must enter the credentials and verify the status, showing that it is either pending or under review.
- After these steps, your issue will be resolved successfully, and your deposit will be credited to your account.
NOTE—The UTR number is the UPI transaction ID, the medium through which you have deposited your amount, either through Google Pay, Phone Pay, or any other medium. From there, you can find your UTR number.
